I'd like to congratulate Melissa on a great media accomplishment: an online
profile of Zaya Younan in Crain's Chicago Business. Over the past months,
she's been developing a relationship with the reporter, researching story
angles and sections of the publication that would be best to pitch for Zaya.
The reporter told her a month ago they would NOT write a profile on an
executive not based in Chicago. Even with this news, Melissa stayed in touch
