Welcome and thanks for stopping by my online studio. Like a
traditional geisha, I practice a time-honored art here: the art of
communication. In social media, travel writing, photo essays and
websites, it’s an art  that informs, enlightens and entertains. It can move
prospective customers to action or serve as a catalyst for laughter,
tears, curiosity and thought.

When you work with me, you work with an award-winning writer and
creative strategist. I bring decades of experience as a wordsmith and
marketing communications professional to assignments. Over a 30+-
year career, I’ve written hundreds of articles, brochures, corporate
profiles, ads, and other sales and marketing communication tools. I have
a strong online presence through my
blog, The Write Brain, and social
media sites, e.g.
Facebook, Twitter and YouTube,

Since earning a degree in English from UCLA many moons ago, I’ve
carried on a love affair with languageas a travel writer, PR writer,
newsletter editor, ghostwriter, staff writer, advertising copywriter,
corporate communicator and newspaper columnist. My background
includes experience as a contributing writer for
OC Metro, Body
Beautiful, Southern California Home & Outdoor, Here Comes the Guide
and
Real Travel Adventures. My work regularly appears on Suite 101 and
Trazzler.

Whatever the topic, if you need  targeted copy that tells a story, delivers a
message and, when appropriate, makes you look good, feel good and
sound good, let’s talk about how I can woo words for you.
